Driving Schools and safety Alliance Africa - DSSAA is Africa's premier professional Association of Driving School Owners, Instructors, Assessors and Road Safety professionals.
It is registered in the Gambia and Uk with National offices in all the capital cities in Africa..
DSSAA aims to bring all the critical stakeholders together to build the capacity of driving school operators support road safety through advocacy, public education, lobbying, fund raising, training and certification.
We are the promoters of various Road Transport Safety initiatives and programmes among which are the African Institute of Driving Instructors and Road Safety Professionals (ADRIP), Africa Road Transport Safety Exhibition (ARTSS EXPO), Africa Safe School Volunteer Project (ASSVP) and the Africa Road Safety Partnership and Research Board (ARSPARB) domiciled in our Overseas office in Bournemouth United Kingdom.
Membership is open to road safety advocates all over the world.

MEMBERSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These terms and conditions govern membership in Driving Schools and Safety Alliance Africa (DSSAA). By registering as a member, you agree to abide by these terms and uphold the values and objectives of the organization.
DSSAA offers the following membership types
Individual Membership (For driving school owners, instructors, and road safety professionals)
Associate Member – Less than 3 years of experience
Intermediate Member – 3 to 7 years of experience
Senior Member – 7+ years of experience
Corporate Membership (For institutions, companies, and organizations
To be eligible for membership, applicants must:
be connected to a Driving School or Road Safety organization as an employee or CEO/Owner to qualify for membership of DSSAA.
Provide accurate and verifiable information during registration.
Submit required supporting documents (e.g., business registration for driving schools, certifications for professionals).
Members must:
Uphold DSSAA’s mission and values.
Promote safe driving practices and road safety initiatives.
Abide by professional ethics and industry standards.
Respect other members and engage in constructive discussions.
Avoid using DSSAA’s name for personal or unauthorized gain.
The membership fee is $... for corporate members and $...... For individual members.
Membership is valid for one year and must be renewed annually.
Failure to renew membership may result in suspension of benefits or termination.
Conduct themselves professionally and ethically in all DSSAA activities.
Avoid discrimination, harassment, or any form of misconduct.
Represent DSSAA positively in public forums and events.
Membership may be suspended or terminated if a member:
Provides false or misleading information during registration.
Engages in unethical or unprofessional conduct.
Fails to comply with DSSAA’s rules and policies.
Misuses DSSAA’s name, brand, or resources for personal or unauthorized purposes.
Members have the right to appeal termination decisions in writing.
DSSAA reserves the right to update these terms as needed. Members will be notified of significant changes.
By registering as a DSSAA member, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
